I saw that too, but it's much easier to see after you flipped it. I felt I had already picked it apart enough and left some for others...

I did not notice the shims Jeff mentioned, but it goes along with the '68 right fender.
It would be interesting to see the underside, transmission and speedo cable entry into the cab. It does have a 12 bolt and round radius rod, which the L30 4P cars got, as well as the L48 4P. My 2M 4P car has the brackets, but no indication of a rod installed, which CRG says was common with the PG.
