Undercoating day! If one is curious about what happens to undercoating when sprayed in a climate that mimics the atmosphere of Mercury, look know further than North-Central Texas and spray away! No, you're not getting hit by BBs. That's the spray solidifying in mid air then hitting the car and bouncing back into you! Best part? The concrete is so hot that it turns back from a solid state into a liquid on the frying-pan style floor so it becomes a gooey mess on everything but where it needs to be stuck to. I know.... and you wonder why I'm getting out of the hobby!

But it finally all came out like it was supposed to. We decided sloppy... but not too sloppy. The inner splash shields for the rear upper control arm adjusters are missing, so a paper towel on one side protects the engine from overspray. The other side will need replacing but it'll do for this.

So with this done, the car is packed up and ready to go. Bumpers get painted tomorrow in the morning when it's cooler and will be mounted up Friday!

Hopefully they'll be no issues and then a couple mor passes with the buffer!

Back on its feet too!

Cheers
Dave
