1969 Big Block Exhaust Manifolds 3916178 3909879 w/ SMOG D229 D259 AWESOME!
This is a pair of factory exhaust manifolds for Big Block Chevy engines. These are the high performance versions with factory A.I.R. ports(SMOG). The casting numbers are 3916178 and 3909879. The date codes are D229 and D259 which decode as April 22nd and 25th, 1969. These manifolds were used on Big Block solid lifter applications in the 1969 and 1970 model years on Camaros, Novas, and Chevelles.
These manifolds are in awesome original condition as shown. All casting numbers are crisp and easy to read. There is no pitting. There are no breaks, repairs, or modifications. 2 studs are still intact and all threads are in good condition. They really don't get nicer than this.
