Default 1969 DZ302 and VIN matched Muncie M20

I have a complete carb to pan DZ302 engine with its VIN matched Muncie M20 (professionally rebuilt). Engine is in car so it can be test driven before pulled. Original block (Jan '69), date matched correct heads, correct intake, correct dated DZ Holley carb, correct deep groove pulleys and brackets. Distributer is modern billet MSD, alt is 1969 dated but incorrect part no. Internals on engine are not stock. Eagle forged rotating assembly, 3.75" crank, I-beam rods, SRP flat top forged pistons, big hydraulic roller cam with roller rockers under stock type valve covers (drippers). Block is .30 over so this makes 383 cu. in. at about 10:1 compression. Runs great on Premium fuel. No exhaust manifolds, no air cleaner.

Extras include, correct flywheel, bellhousing, Centerforce dual friction clutch, correct shifter (no handle), re-cored radiator with original tanks, 772 fan and clutch, fan shroud and probably some more stuff I'm forgetting.

Engine runs strong and smooth with way more torque and power than stock 302. No smoke or oil burn, small oil leak (looks like pan gasket).

Looking to get $12,000/OBO. Can be driven now but won't be available until late fall/early winter. Will accept deposit to hold. I can provide more details and pictures to seriously interested parties.

To answer some questions I have been getting: Engine and trans have a LA VIN 19L519--- The car is known and not available at any price and the drivetrain is not wanted for the car so lets just leave it at that. All parts listed above are included for the asking price.
