Thumbs down Buyers Beware of Member (68 Bronzes)

I just purchased a 68 Z28 from Foster part of the deal was another set of bucket seats, sends me a picture of the car being loaded I text him back to call me and radio silence, My question wheres the title and did you put the seats in the car, so I called and text him again still no response, so I call the Truck driver, He tells me all that's in the car are 3 small boxes and there were no extra seats in the car and he couldn't open the trunk because it was against company policy I get the car two days later check the trunk and no seats , I finally hear back from Foster 8 Days later says he was sick but he had put the seats in the car I text him back saying I talked to the driver and there were no extra seats in the car and he couldn't open the trunk because it was against company policy, and that when the car got to my house no seats to be found. And once again radio silence. And No Seats Can't trust him and I gave him a chance to make it right seats or money and nothing. here's a copy of my deposit bill of sale.
