PRESERVATION!

Some automobiles unfortunately cross that line (collision damage, heavy rust or years of neglect) and need a total restoration.

The 69 Z in question should be Preserved as is.
Sounds like it has Factory paint and born with Powertrain.
Small rust, patina and just 53 years of aging is what I like to see.

The last time I took my ‘66 GTO Survivor to a major car show was 12 years ago.
Even back then I had a big crowd around this car asking questions and admiring the old Factory paint and original Powertrain.
Every other car there was a repaint, repro interior and somewhat modified version under the hood = Dime-a-dozen.

The Unrestored collectible automobiles are what most people are seeking ….. and they do draw a crowd.
