I certainly understand your dilemma. IMHO... There are some things that even the 'correct' freaks allow to deviate from OEM. Things like adding or deleting a vinyl top, adding sport wheels to a car that came with steel wheels and dog dish caps, adding or deleting OEM striping.....you get my drift??? If you like that stripe, I seriously doubt that anyone truly credible is gonna bust your chops for adding that on. After all, it
could have been easily added by a dealership to satisfy a customer request...and you can bet that some were so done. On the other hand, if you're OK with it as is - then so am I
