No you can usually buy all the stuff at Michaels or Hobby lobby... I did some screen printing in art classes in college.
You take the image you want and tranfer it to acetate then lay it on the emulsion covered screen, expose it to light then wash the screen with water to remove the unexposed areas, then put your paint on the screen and squeegee it on... really pretty simple, I am going to do one for my 68 GTO Air cleaner.
