			That explains the tone in Stan's voice when he continually told me to send the parts back after I told him I wouldn't pay the 30% restocking fee for his misrepresentation.   
 
He knew exactly what he was doing, and I already gave him the benefit of the doubt by questioning him and asking to return them. He asked if the parts were in a GM box, and I said they are - the current dark blue and white boxes, not the old lighter blue box with black and white.  He said "well..did you ask for a black box?" with a sarcastic tone.  In fact, I did - I specifically asked if these were original GM NOS parts in the old (original) blue, white and black boxes.  He said they were, and that's now what I received.
