As for the cast iron motor..you can build your own for less...430 hp seems a little mild given the modern heads and roller camshaft
they are probably using the same heads and cam from the ZZ454 engine....as for the aluminum job...why can't they say what the horsepower is exactly...doesn't GM have a dyno
it would be cool to have one..but I'm sure they will be pricey.
