Bill,

Thanks. The next time I'm in CMH for an extended layover, I will try to make my way to the library to check for archived newspaper ads. I would like to reproduce some paper floor mats from that dealership.

Paisley...that sounds like trying a gimmick from the Mopar boyz.

Mark,

I recently had a nice experience with the Evanston, IL library, which was the neighborhood for a car dealer that is now out of business. I have a car from that dealership. I spoke to 3 diff. people in their research dept and they were all nice. They were able to go thru old phone books and they had a subscription to some periodical archives data base which provided me with info too. I recieved a decent pkg from them with photocopies of the several years of ads from the yellow pages and an article from the database subscription about the owner. They threatened to charge me $2.50 for effort, shipping, handling, but I never got the bill.

Good luck!

P.S. Paper floor mats is a good idea!
