Hook us up with a link, I have not changed my ways from castrol 20/50, 10/30......and to be honest have read enough on it now I am scared for my stuff...

Probably the best oil essay I have ever read I ran across on Ferrari Chat last week. It is written by a race car driving surgeon with a degree in biochemistry. He has made me rethink some of my so-called oil facts. He contends that we should be using thinner oil for the most part and that a lot of damage really is caused during a cold start-up because of high viscosity oils. His method for determining the best oil for your engine is interesting.

That's a poor summary of his write up but you get the point. Check it out. It's a long read, so I'm about half way through it.
