I don't believe it's a waste of time to try to keep track of these at all. Sooner or later it WILL show up again on a car. Wouldn't it be good and serve the "hobby" well if it's history was known? We are ALL policemen of our hobby if we choose to be. It's our choice; do we want to be cops or robbers?................

Whether we like it or not, our hobby has divided itself between those lines.

PS: for example, there's a dbase now that contains over 5000 '58-'64 Chevys, as they were when they first surfaced, to compare to how they might be when they surface again. As for the Supercars, it may be doggone late to start now, but if not now...when?
