Bet the guy bought his docs from the Sleezeball on Ebay who sells "aged docs". No reason to make aged docs other than to defraud people.  IMHO
I wish ebay would cut this crap out... they are putting VINS on paperwork to legitimize vehicles, it's gotta be a crime.
