That concerns me that I may need to buy 10 tires to find 4 or 5 good ones. I wonder what kind of quality control they have at Kelsey Tire? Also, who pays for all the shipping for these defective tires as that can get expensive.
Is there someone who can be contacted at Kelsey to ensure a good set of tires?
