1969 SS396 Chevelle L-78
I have a friend who is looking to sell his 1969 SS396 Chevelle L-78. It has the original motor(396,JD code), trans 4 speed(M-20), rear (12 bolt,410). It is currently rally green with black interior.The odemeter reads 27637.It has power steering and power disc brakes. The trim tag reads ST 69-13637 BF 17505,TR 756 B80,O3A 872845 420543.The motor is just sitting in the car as is the trans. He was running a different motor so he would not damage the original block.The interior is original and in good shape. The car was damage in a tornado..it was hit in the rear quarter ,hood and the roof. The worst is the quarter but would be repaired with a new quarter.The hood has a few small dents and so does the roof.It also need a new windshied.He is asking $15,500. for it or he would consider a Chevy trade, He prefers 1969 Camaro's.
