Yes..They used the letter "0" for October,"N" for November & "D" for December.They ran out when using numbers 1-9.
That is a November VIN#,on an October 31st started assembly car.
Just a Note Carmen,that CW rear is a 3:31 NON posi,he never says it is a Posi in the auction,but I just wanted to bring that up.
The Tape should Have GM printed on it,but it is also possible to have an authentic P-O-P that used a generic label maker tape,as we have seen in the past.
What I can't see in the recent P-O-P picture you posted is the word,
Addressograph on the side of that metal plate.There are repops out there that do look exactly like the one you just showed,missing this.
