I remember when you could buy a house on the water in Beach Haven West for $8,999 with no money down, not really that long ago...Nice to see it worth so much, but as with the cars, if you sell you will never be able to replace and that goes emotionally as well. Let me know when you head down and we can cruise over to the Dutchmans Quelly bar for a few cold ones..
