I think they are very desireable (at least to me) as I have owned many over the years. I currently own a '68 SS427, just sold my '67 SS427 and will someday finish my '69 SS427 convert though they have not gone up in price enough to even cover the cost of the resto. There is a '69 SS427/427 convert that is owned locally here (red with black guts) but is in poor shape and needing a complete resto. I only know of three other documented 427/425 converts in the country yet they just don't seem to bring the money.
