That decodes as:
1=Chevrolet
5=1975
J=Janesville Wisconsin plant-They built Big chevies,Passenger Cars.
166543=66543 unit built on line.

Engine built/suffix:
11=November(1974)
05=Day
XX=454/215HP engine w/Automatic trans w/A.I.R.(SMOG)
