I noticed that the Holley on the 'Scayne has a bowl vent lever. (See picture) I'm curious if this is the correct base plate or not ?? I was thinking that it wasn't, but have been looking them up, and about 90% of the ones I see also have the lever.
It just seems weird that it would have the lever without having the bowl vent.
