Another one.
I saw a private feedback bidder the other day. I still can't believe it's even an option. How many negatives does it take to get kicked off now? It used to be three. A year or two ago I saw someone with 7 (seven) negatives. Just a few day's ago I saw someone with 14 (yes, Fourteen!) negatives and 8 (eight) neutrals. Now he/she has 260 positives and a 94.9% rating, but is that good? I didn't bid on the item because of all the negatives. I can post the ID if you like.
