JoeG is right.Look for the External oil cooler provisions to confirm a 4 bolt main block.If not there,it's a 2 bolt.
The numbers stamped after the CE code,will tell you the year & Sequence number of that short block,& plant it is from.
Example:CE 050000=1970,50000 unit produced from Tonawanda plant.
