Re: 1967 RS question
Thanks for the reconfirmation that I had read it wrong, kept thinking its too good of a deal for that car.
He did bring me the engine # off of the front of the block which helped me decide on whether or not to for sure go ahead with the deal, engine # T1207MN, T=Tonawanda, 12=December, 07=day of the month, MN=327/275 four barrel with PG and A.I.R. Looks to be the original motor he said with a 4 barrel and cast iron intake and air cleaner. He isn't sure if it even runs.
We are going over this week to take another look at it and pull some more numbers, he isn't in a hurry at all and says to take our time figuring out what it is before we say yes or no to it. I am thinking more and more that I would really like it to restore, always dreamed about owning a 1st gen RS in original condition as of right now we only own a 70 sport coupe that is modified.
