[Mr70]

I hate the 1970 Illinois License Plates.They just used the wrong colors that year,I feel.
Is that indeed Sunflower yellow?
On my Screen it looks dark,like Code #53 Nugget Gold,released with the other "SPRING" colors January 15th,1970.
