Maybe you can find some of the people who ran the Oswego track and see if they have photos.
There was a small track near here called Dover that closed in 1976 but the guys who ran it now do a Dover Drag strip reunion car show. The guys who ran there bring scrap books to the reunion with lots of great old pics.
