I agree with you guys entirely,but this where Ebay sides vastly with the seller,and I disagree with them.
As A seller on Ebay you have the right at any moment in time before the auction "OFFICIALLY ENDS" to cancel all bids and stop the auction.You can sell it to your next door neighbor,as long as Ebay gets their commision fee for listing it.I have been the High bidder on a few auctions that were ended early by the Seller,only to be told "SORRY,I got a Better offer".
