It seems that most of what GM sells for the old Chevelles falls under superseding part numbers. The part will work but is not of correct original appearance. A lot of the repro parts such as body mount kits, fuel line kits etc. are pretty generic too. It's not much wonder that restorations get so expensive if you have to strip a mint car to restore your collector car just to get the right parts. [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

Chevelleless after 46 years......but we did find a low mileage, six speed, silver 2005 Corvette. It will just have to do for now.
