Re: 69 yenko chevelle
I just wanted to clear up an error i had made on an earlier post,it was no one at the mn get together(team chevelle) that had said my car was a fake, some people had seen pictures of it from there and had starting spreading rumors that it might not be real, and as for the car being for sale,it is not,i am collecting cars and hope to have some very rare ones in the future.I started to wonder when i purchased the yenko what was the popularity next to the camaro?it seems very hard to find a chevelle compared to a camaro, especially one that is untouched. I had planned to do a frame off next year but when i look at this car it is such a rare example of an untouched piece of history, the only things incorrect are some gauges the original owner had put under the dash, does not have the original battery the original tires "(of course) and a hurst shifter, which if he would not have changed that, we all know that it would not have the original motor. This car drives so nice and so tight, it is truly amazing!
