To the best of my knowledge, there were never any special factory IROC type 2nd gens. I've come to find that anything is possible (however this is highly unlikely a factory job). Motion Performance did make a couple of Camaro's in this era with this front spoiler and turbine wheels which were very similar, if not identical to these. These cars WERE supposedly made for export...hmm. If I saw sidepipes on this thing, I'd be out hunting this car down to check out.
