I've had a few things stashed away, for a project like this.
NOS head gaskets. I expected an objection from the engine builder, but he told me he prefers them (provided the deck does not throw any curve balls).
I also have had the "warranty gaskets" here for quite some time. This is a worthy candidate for these.
