For those of you who like to study the graffiti on a spare tire, this one has plenty to offer. I am going to make a subtle attempt to clean this up some more









If I am decoding the tire correctly...
A4 = 25th week of 1970 (week starting June 15th, 1970)
ND = Topeka, KS plant
LJ = F70-15
DY = Blackwall
