Default 60 Years of Shelby

The article is from 2005 so although the title states 40 Years of Shelby, in actuality it is 60 years.

9wAlthough I have never owned a Shelby Mustang I always admired them especially the 65 & 66, because they were spec's and ordered and heavily modified by Shelby American.

Shelby was a heck of a racer, team owner, visionary, businessman and a respected leader. It's amazing this past weekend I visited The American Musclecar Museum and saw an amazing collection of Shelbys. In fact, the outside show featured a longtime owner of a 1965 and I handed him my card and said if you are ever interested LMK....You never know!

Shelby Mustangs, both old and new are more popular than ever. It amazes the continued enthusiasm and popularity of these cars.
