Interesting car....you don't see many of these. They typically came with the Torque-Drive transmission. Pretty sure 70 was the last year for this engine option...though I think the radiator fan shroud extension is probably rarer than the engine.
The interior has the rubber floor coverings, which indicates the base/taxi cab interior...the seats have been recovered.
Body looks like it will need some work...so unless you want the 'patina'...there are likely better choices out there for a starting point.
