I was thinking that too, before you posted. When was that statement made about it being an EX-Grumpy car? So here we are speculating the Toy IV info, along with the other Toy IV that is being presented, but here is an account that Brooklyn got Toy IV from back in the day.
Maybe that's exactly why they added the roof, so to confuse people that it wasn't Toy IV??
