We have bought gift cards on Amazon and emailed the confirmation number to family members as gifts that they can use to purchase what they want.

I would think sellers on Amazon are going to fall under this scrutiny too and have to divulge who made the payment. Our wonderful gubment is trying to get tthis enacted to include ALL person bank accounts with over $600 in them...
