A developer would need to acquire more than just that 1/3 acre for a mall...
Have to be a U shape and very small at that.
The city should register it as a historic site and limit the uses to automotive.
I agree, Pete, the cost of doing business at a profit would seem high, but isn't everything in tinsel town expensive ?
