Not sure on applications exactly as I am no expert on these seat belts but here is a list of what I have, photos clearly show what you are getting.

-Very Clean Right Side Retractor with cover 12-F-69 (March 17 to 23 1969) Cover has light crack on top, belt super clean and retractor works perfectly $75
-Matched set of Left and Right Retractors with covers 22+23-A-69 (May 26 to June 8 1969), both covers need replacements, one belt super clean the other clean but date label has surface rust, both retractors work just fine, the base is a different step up design then one above $75 for the pair.
