Quick question for anyone who knows - these part numbers are listed in a December '72 parts book as 1969 Camaro only, and '67-68 Camaro part numbers are listed as 5716870/71. Does anyone know the difference? I assume they are interchangeable from a fit/function standpoint.

1968 and earlier handles are fat approximately .540” thick, and 69 went to a thinner handle approximately .440” thick handle. Later service replacements are down to .250” thick. My build thread shows the three types. And yes they all fit and look ok but open door and the thin ones jump out at ya.
