I believe this is unique to 1 year only the 1970 Camaro Z28 Brake Distribution Block/Hold Off Valve/Weatherhead Bracket That goes by the Brake Booster.

-Weatherhead Bracket 3369090-3374322 ("ER" Braket Bolt), Hold Off Valve 145-0 (May 25 1970) and Distribution Block 0-100 (1970 April 10).
-Weatherhead Bracket 3369090-3374322 ("P" Bracket Bolt), Hold Off Valve 113-0 (April 23 1970) and Distribution Block 0-089 (1970 March 30).

Nice original condition, I think those are original tubes IMO.
