Agree. 1 picture, really!? It's hard to tell by that. One of the center caps I think I can make out the "Z28" on it which was '77 and later. Then some guys had early wheels with later caps. It could even be 1 or 2 early wheels.
Hard to tell with one picture. It's a crap shoot.
