How can you call it a 1-owner car when it's owned by a second owner??

The car looks good, except for the luggage rack. Way narrow vs the normal one, IMO. Repro WS has several errors on it.
Looks like they cut her a real deal. $3500 for a $4900 list car, demo but sold Aug 29, 68, so it couldn't have many miles on it.
