You’ve never had a steak until you’ve had an A5 wagyu steak. These cuts are the highest quality pieces of beef out there which is why the 150-year-old establishment charges $350 for 12 ounces of this premium cut. If that feels like too much of a financial commitment, there’s a more reasonably (ish) priced six-ounce option for $175. What a bargain.
