Tough to catch these tricksters being they'll never meet face to face as all they want is electronic deposits from multiple 'buyers'.
If someone wants to send $ securely etc, they just hang up and wait for the f
lish folks to contact and make 'deals' with them.
Once the boat's full or things heat up too much, they move on and get to 'work' on some of their other 'projects'.
