Brokerage fees are applicable if amount of sale exceeds $800 US which is considered a high value shipment. UPS and Fedex tack on additional fees to the receiving party once delivered.
If part is of USA origin, then there are no duties involved, just brokerage fees tacked on by the carrier due to using bond $$$ through US Customs.
