It can only get better.... woke up this am to no water pressure. Did some testing only to find out it was the submersed well pump. Lucky for me we have a super good mom & pop plumbing /well supply store in the next town. I go there with only an hour till they close, they set me up with everything I needed (pump, wire, fittings, clamps and the pipe T tool rental to get the old one out). The only thing I had was the old pump part number and approximate depth it was set at. When places like this help you out with their knowledge, only good things happen.
Within 3 hours, the new pump was in and running with the help from my best friend (my brother).
Feels good knowing we can do anything and saving 2k isn't bad either.
