Thanks for the pictures. It helps immensely.

I noticed the part number TE156 on the backside of the rims. Based on the Ansen literature, TE156 denotes a 15" TE wheel. The literature also lists two types of part numbers for a vehicle that had or did not have disc brakes. Part number TE1560 was specified for cars without disc brakes and TE1561 for cars with disc brakes. If you look at the bottom of the attachment there is a "note" that lists part number TE1561 special 15x6 TE wheels for corvettes with disc brakes (same part number listed for camaros). The literature also lists a spacer plate (part number WS475) that was available separately for cars with disc brakes. The spacer being required to accommodate caliper clearance issues.

Saying all of this, I cannot imagine Ansen making a special rim for disc brake optioned cars. Too narrow of a market to justify the cost of manufacturing. I am sure, like other wheel manufacturers, Ansen would supplied the standard TE1560 rim and supplied the adapter kit (WS475) when a disc brake option car was specified. This package part number TE1561 would consist of the standard TE1560 rim and would include the WS475 adapter plates.

Thoughts anyone?
