Imo the stamps or the legitimacy of the car are the least of the perspective buyers worries, finding someone to built it the way it deserves to be completed is the issue, at least in my area.

You said a mouthful there! I had to check what "your area" was and living in S.W. Ohio myself, I can attest to the inability to find affordable and/or quality body/paint guy for my SS/RS bb car.
