I've got this old Fujifilm digital camera that takes the absolute best pictures, especially of cars. It is only a 4 megapixel camera, but it does a great job. The battery door is failing and I have to hold it closed to take pictures. If I want quality pictures, this is my go-to camera. I've also got a newer Canon that does not hold a candle to the Fuji. For what this is worth. Neither is water proof, but I'm sure that is available today.
