I have 2 brand new sets of NMW TB-63 Tow Brackets / Tabs complete with hardware and directions.They appear to be painted red oxide primer. They been in the basement for many years and boxes were just opened for the first time today. I beleieve they only fot 1970 chevelle but please check your application.
